To obtain a deferral of payments on existing loans for individuals, you must:
• Submit an application to a Bank branch. • Attach one of the documents confirming the reason for your request, in accordance with the established list.
Loss of income / reduction of income (dismissal, layoff, unpaid leave, etc.) / Temporary incapacity for work due to illness
• order/statement of termination of the employment contract, granting of unpaid leave, or a certificate (sheet) of the borrower's temporary incapacity for work; • certificate of registration as unemployed and/or a certificate of the borrower's income for the last six months from the place of employment or a statement of the borrower's bank account transactions; • persons registered as unemployed on eGov; • certificate of degree of general incapacity for work on eGov; • extract from the outpatient (inpatient) medical record; • hospital discharge certificate (discharge summary); • expert opinion of the medical advisory commission (MAC).
Illness or death of a close relative or spouse of the borrower, which resulted in a reduction of the borrower's average monthly income
• certificate of temporary incapacity for work and/or a sheet of temporary incapacity for work confirming the illness of close relatives or the spouse of the borrower; • death certificate (statement) of close relatives or the spouse of the borrower.
Maternity leave
• certificate of temporary incapacity for work (sick leave certificate); • order on granting maternity leave; • certificate of maternity leave.
Vulnerable social group (VSG) ** / Disability group I, II
• certificate of assignment of targeted social assistance (TSA); • certificate of disability; • certificate from the place of employment (if there is an employment relationship) indicating the amount of salary; • pensioner's certificate or extract/document on assignment of retirement benefits; • certificate of divorce, spouse's death certificate, or Form No. 4 certificate (single mother); • multiple children family certificate or "Altyn Alka", "Kumis Alka" certificate, etc.; • certificate from a medical institution and a document confirming guardianship; • breadwinner's death certificate and a document confirming the presence of dependents among family members who are incapable of work.
Emergency / Accident
• according to the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, during a period of emergency, a simplified procedure for considering citizens' applications is allowed, without the need to provide additional supporting documents; • documents confirming that the borrower suffered property damage as a result of an accident, unlawful actions of third parties (theft of goods in circulation or other property used by the borrower for entrepreneurial activity).
Other circumstances
• a document confirming family membership and the presence of dependents; • a notarized lease agreement indicating the procedure and due dates for payment of rent; • official documents confirming force majeure circumstances; • documents confirming ongoing enforcement proceedings, account seizure, or other restrictions (an order on seizure of the borrower's bank account); • collection order; • court rulings.
* The Bank may request additional supporting documents.
** A category of citizens belonging to VSG is determined in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 16.04.1997 "On Housing Relations".
