What is the Solo card subscription fee?
10,000 ₸ or 0 ₸ if one of the following conditions is met:
• deposit of 4,000,000 ₸ (equivalent in USD)
• purchase payments of 500,000 ₸ or more
• salary credited of 1,000,000 ₸ or more
Billing month: from the 1st to the last day of the month.
When issuing the card via the ForteApp, the subscription fee for the first month is charged immediately after card issuance, with a subsequent refund if the conditions for fee waiver are met.
When issuing the payment card at a branch — the first month is free.
How many Solo cards can I open?
You can open 3 Solo cards per year.
I made purchases from April 1 to April 3, but why don’t I see my purchases yet in the Forte app (Solo counter)?
All card purchases are displayed in the Solo counter after receiving financial documents; also, transactions in the Solo counter are shown with a 2-day delay. For example, purchases made on April 3 may be reflected on April 8.
How is the average monthly deposit balance calculated in the Solo counter?
The average monthly balance is calculated as the sum of all deposit balances as of the morning of each calendar day, divided by the number of calendar days in the month.
What is the maximum amount I can transfer from a Solo card?
From one Solo card to another Forte card — 5,000,000 KZT/day. From a Solo card to a card of another bank or vice versa — an amount equivalent to 5,000 USD per day and 20,000 USD per month, according to the rules of the international payment systems VISA/MasterCard.
What is the minimum transfer amount from card to card in the Forte app?
There is no minimum transfer amount.

No, guest access is paid.
How many pieces of luggage can I have packed per year?
Within one calendar year, Visa Signature premium cardholders can use the free luggage packing service 10 times per year.
The service is available when purchases of at least 150,000 KZT are made on the Solo Visa Signature card within a month. All transactions within 35 days prior to the lounge visit are counted, except for transactions in the last 5 days.
When should the Fast Track service be activated?
The QR code granting queue-free access can be generated in advance, no later than 24 hours before departure. It can only be activated on the day of departure.
What to do in case of an insured event?
