In the Forte app:

1. Select the desired card on the main screen of the app or in the "My Bank" section.
2. Click "Card Reissue."
3. Choose "Issue a plastic card" or "I will use it online."
4. Confirm that you have read the Card Application Statement and Product Terms. Click "Continue."

In the Forte app:

1. Select the desired card in the main window of the app or in the "My Bank" section.
2. On the card image, click the "CVV" label, after which the three-digit number will be displayed for use.
