If one of the above conditions is met during the first billing month of card issuance (the full calendar month following the card issuance month), we will compensate your subscription fee for the first month with a one-time credit of 4,000 bonus points. Upon card issuance, the subscription fee for the first month is charged immediately after card issuance, with a subsequent refund in the form of bonuses if the subscription fee waiver conditions are met.
